TERMS OF SERVICE

• Please provide a FLAT COLORED reference sheet/image, I will NOT accept your commission if you don't have an unshaded image that clearly depicts the character's colors and markings
• I will not draw AI generated characters
• If your character uses pure #FFFFFF white or near pitch black as fur colors, they will be changed slightly so it’s easier on my eyes/I can see my lines better
• During the sketching phase you are allowed up to 3 major edits before I begin issuing additional fees, once I have begun lineart any requests for additional changes beyond what we’ve agreed upon will be denied
• Payment is required upfront, but we can work out a short payment plan if the commission exceeds $200+
• Work will not begin until the art has been fully paid for
• Chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist following a beware on the user to alert other artists of the scammer
• Chargebacks on custom designs will result in the character being marked as stolen, character ownership will be transferred to me, as the artist, and I reserve the right to sell the design to someone else
• Payment is sent via PayPal only
• Under no circumstances are you allowed to use my art for advertisements, AI, anything involving non-fungible tokens (NFT) or any other type of cryptocurrency
• I reserve the right to decline a commission if I do not feel comfortable drawing it or feel like I can’t accurately draw it
• I work at my own pace, I will not work with a deadline as I am a school student and only have so much time to work on art
• My prices are non-negotiable, do not ask for me to haggle them
• If a commission is cancelled, you will be refunded 100% of what you paid unless I have worked beyond the sketching phase
• Refunds beyond the sketching phase will depend on how much work I’ve gotten done
• If at any point I feel that I am unable to complete your commission on my own accord, you will be refunded 100% of what you paid no matter where I’m at in the art process
• If you have received a refund, you are not permitted to use, post, finish the art yourself/have someone else finish it, etc., doing so will get you permanently blacklisted and blocked
• Requests for refunds after I've begun coloring will be denied
• Please ensure that you are in a stable financial position before commissioning me, if you continuously ask for refunds due to financial issues you will be blacklisted
• I will work with minors, however, please inform your parent or guardian before commissioning me
• I reserve the right to post any completed pieces, and so does the commissioner as long as proper credit is given
• If you (as the commissioner) decide to post the art I made for you, I highly recommend adding some form of text or image to the art due to the rampant AI theft
• Do not repost my art if you are not the commissioner
• You are free to use any commissioned art that was made specifically for you as a PFP/banner as long as proper credit is given, do not use my art as your PFP/banner if you are not the commissioner
• Do not copy, trace, reference, repost, or claim my work as your own
• Be respectful and patient when commissioning me, if you are demanding or rude I will refuse to work with you or cancel the commission
• By commissioning me you accept my ToS in its entirety, disregarding my ToS will result in you being permanently blacklisted from commissioning me in the future

⟢ WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD AND EXPERIMENTAL SKETCHES? ⟣STANDARD SKETCHES ARE DONE WITH MY TYPICAL LINEART BRUSH AND FOLLOW ALONG MORE WITH MY USUAL ART, WHEREAS EXPERIMENTALS I UTILIZE DIFFERENT TEXTURED BRUSHES AND MESS AROUND WITH STYLE VARIATION, POSES, EXPRESSIONS, DETAILS, ETC!
